Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unused umbrella back in its original biodegradable packaging and include all original tags to ensure a valid return.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
